FOAC (Friends of Animal Control)- (209) 768-3630 - a group of volunteers dedicated to improving the welfare of shelter animals. Their mission is to find suitable loving homes for the many wonderful animals in shelters.

Motherlode K9 Training- (209) 532-9217 - AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program, obedience classes, manners, and other training.

Rose Wolf Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation Center - (209) 532-2117 - an organization that cares for orphaned and injured wildlife.

Therapy Dogs of the Sierra - (209) 532-9217 - TDI dogs provide comfort and companionship to patients in hospitals, nursing homes and other institutions and wherever else a Therapy Dog is needed.

Tuolumne County Animal Control - (209) 984-1338 - enforces state and local laws pertaining to animals in Tuolumne County. Their shelter houses animals impounded as strays or seized from neglect situations. 50% of our animals come from Animal Control.
